Peanut Butter Granola Silver Dollar Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup maple or breakfast syrup
- 1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter divided in half
- 2 cups original pancake mix
- 1 1/3 cups Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granola cereal divided in half
- 1 large banana, sliced
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE pancake mix, milk, eggs and 1/4 cup peanut butter in large bowl. Coarsely crush 1 cup granola cereal. Stir into batter.
- Step 2
WHISK together syrup and remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter in medium microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds to warm.
- Step 3
HEAT a buttered or greased griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) batter for each pancake onto griddle. Cook pancakes until bubbles begin to break on surface. Turn and cook until golden brown. Serve pancakes topped sliced banana and peanut butter syrup. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup granola cereal.
