Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Jif® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 (8-inch) whole wheat or flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup broccoli cole slaw or cole slaw mix
- 1 teaspoon Fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 ounces fully cooked chicken strips
- 2 tablespoons Thai-style sweet red chili sauce
Directions
- Step 1
SPREAD peanut butter on top of tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
- Step 2
ARRANGE slaw mix, cilantro and chicken lengthwise down center of tortilla. Drizzle evenly with chili sauce. Roll up tightly. Cut in half before serving.
